They've made great sense to me, and I've put together my own take on it, with the eventual intention of showing how to level up. Future stuff: Okay, now it's just (_just!_) the article about how to level up left in the series. I've also got a couple of ideas in mind for some pictorial pieces about wonderful models I've seen locally and online. Fantastic Inspiration. Aside from that, it's back to painting and planning some more on my DeathWing, then I'll get in another game. I might do another virtual battle report or two as well, against some very tough lists that I've seen.

What's all this then?

Hello and welcome to Warpstorm! This is a site devoted to the games of Warhammer 40,000 and Fantasy Battles. If you aren't familiar with Warhammer or with me, please read my introduction. If you are new to 40k, you might want to make this article your first stop.

One thing that I have noticed is that very few 40k sites are updated regularly or have good information. Most of them have lots and lots of pictures and flashy graphics, but nothing useful. (How many laughing skulls and Ultramarine Terminators do you really need to see?) This site will be different. I will update it every week (on Thursday) with information that I think you will find useful. I will have articles on modeling and painting, army lists and choices, tactics and helpful tips and hints that I've come across in my experiences. I will occasionally use a picture or two for emphasis, such as my Hive Tyrant above, but I want to keep the graphics at a minimum. If there is something that you are looking for or trying to understand about 40k, email me at charlescowanata@msn.com, and I'll do my best to answer your question, either in an email, or by way of an article. I'll also provide links to the sites that have helped me the most and are excellent resources.
