Peace Through Superior Firepower
In case you haven't noticed, my Dark Eldar need work. In their current shape they are nearly unplayable. It won't take anything really major to get them ready, but there are a lot of fairly small projects to do. I've also been very busy lately, so I'm trying to break these projects down into easily managed chunks that will give me concrete progress that I can see to stay motivated. I started with my Haemonculi, then moved on to my Sybarites and my Talos models. Then I put new flying bases on my Talos(es) and vehicles. And took care of my Ravager. Then I wasted a lot of time and finally wrote up an article about getting motivated and getting things done. Now, I've finally gotten them painted.

Now, they aren't painted as well as I'd like, but they are actually painted, which is a big improvement.

The images are mostly self-explanatory, so I'll be brief and let you look at my proof of progress.

For the moment, all of my Trueborn have the 2-spiked helmets. There are a couple of Sybarites among the Warriors that have them as well, but I figure that represents one of the Trueborn leading a squad.

Painting the new sigil of Kabal Rillishelwe Mor on each of the models was harder than I expected. Partly due to the details on the models leaving me very little open area to decorate, and partly due to some paint pots that had dried up. On most of them it is at least somewhat recognizable.

On the vehicle models, I was able to use the larger surface areas for a slightly better version. It still isn't as good as I want, but it is complete at least. I may go back later and add a bit of detail to the larger ones. You can at least make out that it's a broken infinity symbol, which is good enough for now.
